Talsi is a little town in Latvia by the border, inhabited mostly by women due to the enormous loss of human lives during the WWII. The story of a province becomes the choral story of a feminine universe evoked by Liga the fortuneteller, who enters into the lives of the women she meets, speaking with them and interiorizing their lives, which she then transmits in open monologues in front of the camera. This documentary is the fourth episode of the project Confini d’Europa.
