Ciro, mad with love, yells all night the name Sara, who has left him. These things happen to us mortals, but Ciro isn't just anyone. He's a gangster who's madness risks the destruction of both his "families": both the one he was born into, and the mafia he heads. Santo, his twin brother, along with the disturbed killers Eliseo and Candy, hunts for a way to return his brother's sanity.
