In a misty day, a solitary hunter demolishes with his rifle a mysterious prey with hairy wings an the semblances of a young Japanese. After carrying him secretly to his farm, the hunter starts to take care of him but his affection soon turns into a morbid obsession. Angelus Hiroshimae, shot at L'Aquila before the earthquake of April 6th, is a trip into the stunned mind of a father after the loss of his child but also a tribute to the memory of this magnificent city before the destruction of the seism.
