From March 2011, with the outbreak of the war, African migrants and refugees began to flee Libya. Many of them are victims of the operations of rejection implemented in 2009 by the joint Italian-Libyan patrols, following the agreements between Gheddafi and Berlusconi. In the documentary, the African refugees tell us in the first person what it is like to be refused entry. Their interviews are alternated with the hearing of the trial at the Supreme Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, where about twenty of them have appealed against Italy(which was ordered to pay them compensation).
