Ritratto di un imprenditore di provincia is the story of ambition of Mario Gandolfi (Giancarlo Previati), self-made man from Brescia engaged in the construction of a great Pole of Luxury, mega mall overlooking the shores of Lake Garda. The former child prodigy of Lake Garda, a veteran of the construction of a large equestrian center for international competition, will bring into play all of himself, risking their reputation. In many are interested to his project for disturbing: the unscrupulous Roman Franco (Toni Pandolfo) will try to turn the dreams of Mario in a huge means of recycling, while his friend and lawyer Thomas Roberti (Paul Bessegato) will accompany Mario in his "journey among the sharks." Ritratto di un imprenditore di provincia is the first feature film of director Hermes Cavagnini, made at the age of 23. It’s an indie movie that he produced by himself, located in Brescia’s province, in the north of Italy.
