Footage of exhibition makings will be blended with commentaries and anecdotes about the artist and his work by some of the most influential and interesting key players on the international art and cultural scene such as French philosopher Bernard Henry Lévy, W Magazine Director Stefano Tonchi, Los Angeles MoCA Director Philippe Vergne, MoMA PS1 Director and Chief Curator at Large at MoMA in New York Klaus Biesenbach and internationally renowned artist Cindy Sherman.
The documentary is divided into recurring themes related to Vezzoli’s work and the different locations the exhibitions have taken place (Europe, Arab Emirates, United States and China).
Viewers will be lead through each project from the “concept” to the “making of” to the backstage of major events in the attempt to understand how Vezzoli has swiftly become a rising star beyond the global art scene.
