Call for FIPADOC is open

This year Cinecittà will host the selections of Italian films for the next edition of FIPADOC (Biarritz, 19 - 27 January 2024).
Christine Camdessus, Senior Programmer of the festival, will be our guest to watch this year’s submissions from October 11th through October 13th 2023.
These are the main guidelines of the selections
The festival includes the following competitive sections:
* International Competition;
* Competition for French authors;
* Competition for music documentaries. Furthermore, various Special Prizes include the Audience Award for Francophone films, Mitrani Prize, Ciné+ Prize, Tenk Award, Young Europeans Award.
The Festival then proposes various non-competitive sections.
General rules:
* The Festival only takes into consideration films produced between 1 November 2022 and October 2023;
* The minimum duration must be 50 min. (except for the New Talent, Short Films and Smart sections);
*The French preview is required for the international competition and for music documentaries sections.
We remind you that the documentaries proposed through us will be exempt from paying the admission fee, but the >Entry Form< must still be filled in to complete the registration.
To receive your waiver code you should send a request to the following email addresses, no later than Tuesday the 10th October, 2023, specifying the title, direction and duration.
We therefore invite you to send a Vimeo link with English s / t of films you intend to submit, with reference to "FIPADOC 2023 Selections" to the attention of:
