European Film Promotion (EFP) has presented the 20 emerging European producers who will participate in the 26th edition of PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE.
The initiative aims to connect young producers with potential co-production partners, strengthening their network and at the same time providing this new generation of professionals with a solid and visible platform.
A first part of the program takes place online (28/30 April) and will continue live during the Cannes Film Festival (16/20 May).
The Italian participant is Francesca Andreoli, who with Cinedora produced Vermiglio (2024), the award-winning second feature film by Maura Delpero which, after the Silver Lion at the Venice Film Festival, has been screened in a long series of international festivals, and has been sold for distribution in about seventy countries, in addition to being nominated as the Italian Oscar entry.
These are the other producers of the 2025 edition: Blerina Hankollari (Albania), Andi G Hess (Austria), Géraldine Sprimont (Belgium), Magdelena Ilieva (Bulgaria), Tamara Babun Zovko (Croatia), Daniel Mühlendorph (Denmark), Lionel Massol (France), Fred Burle (Germany), Claudia Sümeghy (Hungary), Deirdre Levins (Ireland), Kristele Pudane (Latvia), Klementina Remeikaitė (Lithuania), Vincent Quénault (Luxembourg), Bojana Radulović (Montenegro), Janne Hjeltnes (Norway), Agnieszka Wasiak (Poland), Carla Fotea (Romania), Eliza Jones (Sweden) and Thomas Reichlin (Switzerland).
