From July 2nd to 23rd Cinecittà, Filmitalia Dept., will organize in Rome the Italian selections for Busan, London, Thessaloniki and Chicago and festivals.

RULES FOR ALL SELECTIONS:
* We ask you to let us know for which festivals you intend to submit your film by writing directly to the people in charge of the selection(s) you are interested in.
* Sending a single link will be sufficient if you participate in multiple selections.
* Films must be subtitled in English.
* Please note that for these festivals it is not necessary to register online and/or pay submission fees if you participate in the selections organized by us.
* All links must arrive no later than Wednesday, June 25th.

30th Busan International Film Festival (September 17-26)
Selection: Seo Seunghee (Senior Programmer), in Rome July 2-6.
Eligibility criteria: films must have been completed after October 2024; priority is given to International and World premiere.

69th BFI London Film Festival (October 8-19)
Selection: Kristy Matheson (Director), Adrian Wootton (Program Advisor), Grace Barber-Plentie (Programmer), in Rome July 7-9.
Eligibility criteria: films must have been produced in the 12 months before the beginning of the festival; films must be at least a UK premiere.

66th Thessaloniki International Film Festival (October 30-November 9)
Selection: Yorgos Krassakopoulos (Head of Programming), in Rome July 11-13.
Eligibility criteria: films/docs must have been produced and completed in the 15 months before the beginning of the festival; films must not have had a public screening or a distribution in Greece (cinema, TV, online); films must be at least 60 minutes long.

61st Chicago International Film Festival (October 15-26)
Selection: Mimi Plauchè (Artistic Director), in Rome July 21-23.
Eligibility criteria: films must have been completed after August 1st, 2024, and premiered after October 27th, 2024. Priority is given to US premiere.
