Yesterday’s Press Conference announced which films were selected for the Fifth edition of the Italian Cinema Festival in Tokyo. The event which is organized by AIP-Filmitalia in partnership with the colossal Japanese editorial leader Asahi Shimbunand in collaboration with theItalian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute in Tokyo, will take place from
April 29th – May 4th, 2005 in the heart of the Japanese capital, in the magnificent Asahi Hall, and will not only involve the Japanese public but also the most important Japanese buyers.
Created by a fortunate coincidence in 2001, coiniciding with the Italian year in Japan, in four years it has become one of our film industry’s most anticipated events, an example of a profitable collaboration between the different Italian Institutes and the distinguished private company leader both in the press and in publishing.
