Italian Film Festival UK 2005

It is the twelfth edition of theItalian Film Festival UK, a travelling showcase of Italian cinema throughout the United Kingdom from April 8th to the 28th, in some of Great Britain’s major cities - London, Edinburgh, Glasgow Dundee, Aberdeen and Manchester - Twenty-two titles of the most recent Italian productions, as well as Italian film classics and ten Shorts.
The showcase of non competing films was started by writers, Allan Hunter and Richard Mowe, and is organized by the Italian Cultural Institutes in London and Edinburgh with the active collaboration of Aip-filmitalia.
There are five programmed sections: Panorama, Documentaries, New Cinema, Retrospective and Shorts.
