In the annual “Mannheim Meetings” which take place during the International Mannheim- Heidelberg Film Festival (November 17-26), dedicated to film projects in development, Italy is among the countries present with Rosanna Seregni’s production company Sintra, presenting the film project: “Il richiamo” by Stefano Pasetto. Over 150 producers from all over the world attend these“Meetings”each year. Sintra will also be present at the São Paulo International Film Festival a> (October 21-November 3 )presenting the film in competition Tartarughe sul dorso , again by director Pasetto, which just recently earned favourable reviews at London’s Raindance Film Festival (September 28th – October 9th).
Also being presented at Mannheim- Heidelberg, are two shorts Amore Senza Filtro from newcomer Valentino Innocente in the section Short Films Discoveries and Aspettando il treno by Catherine McGilvray in competition.
