10 Canoes Best Film at Gent

10 Canoes by Rolf de Heer, the Italy/Australia co-production by Domenico Procacci's Fandango has won the Best Film award at the 33rd Gent International Film Festival. The film which received the Special Jury Prize at last year's Cannes Film Festival is presently screening at the Sao Paolo and London Film Festivals.
