Stefano Incerti and Ferrara in competition in Montréal

The 31st edition of the Montreal International Film Festival beginning August 23rd will feature two Italian titles : L’uomo di vetro by Stefano Incerti and Go Go Tales by Abel Ferrara, among the 20 films selected in Competition. The first film was presented in Competition at this year’s Taormina Film Festival and the second film was presented at the Cannes Film Festival in the ‘midnight screenings‘ section. To complete the list of Italian films selected for this year’s “festival de film du monde” are the following films : The Lark Farm by the Taviani brothers, screened out of Competition, Flying Lessons by Francesca Archibugi, Secret Journey by Roberto Andò, the digital work by directors Mauro John Capece and Pierpaolo Moio for Alien, man of the future and the short L'oro rosso by Cesare Fragnelli, presented in the section Focus on World Cinema. This major Canadian event will come to a close on September 5th.
