DECISION OF THE INTERNATIONAL JURY
of the 39th Kiev International Film Festival - Molodist
Grand prix – Scythian Deer statuette, diploma and 10.000 $ (sponsored by MSL company) – for the best film of all competition program was awarded to two films La Pivellina by Tizza Covi and Rainer Frimmel (Italy, Austria).
Every year the international jury of the Kyiv Film Festival Molodist awards the Yves Montand prize. The Yves Montand prize gets the best young actor of the whole competition programe of the festival. The winner gets the monetary award or material prize of 1 000 EUR and jury diploma. In 2009, Yves Montand prize for best acting and EUR 1 000 from the Embassy of France in Ukraine awarded to Patrizia Gerardi for her role in La Pivellina directed by Tizza Covi and Rainer Frimmel (Italy, Austria) .
