Il film opera prima di Marco Pontecorvo, Pa-ra-da, incentrato sulla figura del clown Miloud Oukili, ha vinto ieri il premio “One Future Award”, alla 27ma edizione del Monaco Film Festival.
Il premio, istituito nel 1986, e messo a disposizione dalla Interfilm Academy, .è attribuito ogni anno ad un ‘opera che si contraddistingua per il suo alto valore sia etico sia estetico, e che riesca a descrivere in modo emblematico un aspetto centrale della contemporaneità.
La giuria “Interfilm” composta da: Rev. Eckart Bruchner (chair, Germania), Galina Antoshevskaya (Russia), Bhagu T. Chellaney (India), Ileana Cosmovici (Italia), Franz Indra (Germania) e Wang Ai Qun (China) ha così motivato il premio: “The director succeeds in developing the storyline authentically and plausibly in his debut feature, after having researched thoroughly into the topic. The staging and the convincing acting of the children and the adult clowns mesmerize the audience in a personal way. Marco Pontecorvo finds a rhythm in camera work, framing and cutting that does justice both to the disorientation and the hope of the "drain kids" “.
