This is the story of Petrucchio, a Don Juan ruined by gambling who to get out of debt has the great idea of marrying a rich woman - Kate, the daughter of a spaghetti industrialist of Padua. When the two meet it’s a clash with fireworks. Petrucchio, the extroverted Latin lover, finds himself up against the proud and independent character of Kate who, as a typical modern woman, doesn’t accept certain kinds of masculine behaviour. After a stormy courtship, and after having fought together like mad, Kate finally decides to marry Petrucchio, taking him to the Mayor at gunpoint... and protecting him from the Mafia Boss Don Sarago, who is after him for his gambling debts. But the adventures of this strange couple don’t finish here ....
Inspired to William Shakespeare's "The Taming of the Shrew".
