PA-RA-DA is the story of the friendship between a group of children who live by their wits (theft, begging, prostitution…) in the canalization of Bucharest and a French clown, Miloud. Miloud has the crazy dream of pulling them out of misery and giving them the possibility of a life of dignity. Through nothing but his charisma, his obstinacy and by teaching them circus skills, he tries to win over the children, who are seen as unapproachable and hardened, and who know little else than violence, fighting, tragic losses, pedophilia and glue-sniffing.
