Oksana, a gorgeous Russian woman is involved in a prostitution traffic that covers a trade of Eastern European girls, tortured and killed by rich and perverted clients. Oksana finds the list of the clients involved in this traffic and starts an awful revenge disclosing herself a vampire. Hunted by the police, Oksana saves the life of a young policewoman who was investigating on her bloody murders and they become friends. At same time in Russia, Ocsana' s grandmother and other three monsters are arrested and killed by KGB. Finally Ocsana's story is revealed: she is the only survivor of a small group of monsters created during the Cold War by mentally ill Zaroski.
Oksana has now many enemies and many people including police hunt her, she is hopeless.
But suddenly one of the monsters in Russia gets alive and awakes in the cold snow that covered its body. . .
